Because these are personal care products, we can't accept opened or used items back. A return is only possible if:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- Packaging damage has affected the product itself
Refunds
A refund is approved when:
- The product was damaged in transit
- The wrong item was delivered
- The order wasn't delivered due to our error
Exchanges
We'll send a replacement only when:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong product
